stayinjogja--What Is Soto ? We call this Soto, Soto is traditional food in java island. There is more than 5 kind of soto in java. This soto represent as Jogja Soto. It contain slice of chicken, lenthok (fried grind casava), kind of noodle known as SOUN (so-un) and with broth.
